Sadly one member of our group was very slow which meant the Pompeii experience over ran the 2 hour allotted time. Unfortunately this meant our time in Versuvius was only 1 hour 20 minutes as opposed to 2 hours. We are reasonably fit and managed to get to the very top and back in this time but many wouldn’t have managed it.”
